We understand that sometimes you need to return a textbook. To avoid disappointment, we want to make you aware of our returns policy.
Returns must be:

Sorry, but we cannot accept returns for the following items:
Most items may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and accompanied by original receipt
If a product has been opened, it may be eligible to be returned within 14 days. The product must be in mint,
re-sellable condition along with all the original packaging and accessories. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee as the item is no longer considered as new.
Software cannot be returned due to copyright laws, unless the manufacturer offers a satisfaction
warranty. See in store for details.
If a product is defective, it can be replaced or repaired (depending on manufacturer) if returned within 14 days. After this, the manufacturer's warranty applies. See in store for details.
Earbud style headphones can't be returned once opened for hygienic reasons.

Most non-textbook items can be returned for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, if accompanied by original receipt and in mint condition.

Before initiating a return, please carefully review the return policies above to ensure you meet our criteria, the dates are important.
Please package the item(s) securely to prevent damage in transit and include a copy of your invoice and sales receipt inside the package. A a brief note explaining why you are returning the materials would be helpful.

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking and/or insurance to ensure the safe arrival of the returned goods. Please note that you are also responsible for any loss or damage that occurs during the return shipping process which is why we suggest insurance.
Once we receive the goods, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our returns eligibility criteria. A refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note it may take 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account depending on your financial institution.
Exchanges can be done in store, but if you are unable to please follow the returns process above. Then please place a new order for the replacement item(s) separately. We are unable to process an online exchange.
