Please reserve online for your cap, gown and hood

Payment can be made online (credit card) or in person (cash, credit, debit, ONECard, or Gift cards).
After
November 7th
, regalia reservations can only be made in person
, with cash, debit or credit card at the Senate Chamber at the time of regalia pickup.
Your Cap and Gown may only be picked up on the day of your ceremony after 8:00 am from the Senate Chamber, Room A180, UVic Centre.
Please bring one piece of identification with you on the day.
