DE Buyback Pre-authorization Form
- Distance Education Buyback runs from
April 1st to August 20th and from December 1st to December 20th. Books must be received by the bookstore by December 20th for the Spring term and by August 20th for all other terms..
- Please fill in the title, ISBN, buyback price and date (check here) for each book you wish to return.
Buyback prices are realtime and subject to change without notice.
- IMPORTANT - Buyback prices are realtime and subject to change without notice. Please send your books promptly after checking the website. Books no longer being bought back may be returned to sender at sender's cost.
- Complete the personal & credit information and print this packing slip.
- To avoid damage in transit, please package the books securely (preferably using a padded envelope). Remember to include a completed copy of this form inside the package. The Bookstore is not responsible for books lost in transit.
- Books with highlighting, underlining, notes and other marks are accepted.
- Books must arrive by the above due dates to be considered for buyback.
