The UVic Bookstore underwent its last renovation in 1996. Since then, UVic’s student population has doubled, putting increasing pressure on the Bookstore to provide adequate service to our customers.
In July 2011, The Bookstore commenced construction on an expansion and renovation that will increase not only our retail floor space, but the functionality and aesthetics of the building.
The estimated completion date of the Bookstore renovation is August 2012. . We will do our best to ensure that the construction will have the least amount of impact on you, our customers, as possible.
We appreciate your patience as we go through this exciting (but hectic) time. We promise it will be worth it!
