Spring Convocation - June 11 - 15, 2012
You must reserve and pay for your cap, gown and hood before May 28th. Payment can be made online (credit card) or in person (cash, debit or cheque). After May 28th, regalia reservations can only be made in person, with cash, debit or credit card at the Bookstore Information Desk, located just inside the main doors. The deadline for regalia reservations is June 6th.
Cap & Gown may only be picked up on the day of your ceremony after 8:00 am from the Senate Chamber, Room A180, UVic Centre.
Cap & Gown Returns
Please return cap & gown to the Uvic Centre.
Monday, June 11th until 5:30 pm.
Tuesday, June 12th until 5:30 pm.
Wednesday, June 13th until 5:30 pm.
Thursday, June 14th until 5:30 pm.
Friday, June 15th until 5:30 pm.
After June 15th, cap & gown must be returned to the Bookstore Information Desk during regular Bookstore hours.
During convocation we have limited cap & gown and approximately 3500 graduates to serve in multiple ceremonies. Please return your cap, gown and hood immediately after your ceremony, to ensure that everyone is provided with cap & gown. Late charges will be applied at $1 a day per item.
