Regalia Info for Spring Convocation - June 15, 16, 17 & 18, 2010
You must reserve and pay for your cap, gown and hood before May 21st. Payment can be made by mail (cheque or money order) or in person (cash, debit or credit card). Cheques should be made payable to UVic Bookstore. After May 21st, regalia reservations can only be made in person, with cash, debit or credit card at the Bookstore Information Desk, located just inside the main doors. The deadline for regalia reservations is JUne 9th.
To ensure that regalia is available, please reserve it before June 9th.Regalia may only be picked up on the day of your ceremony after 8:00 am from the Senate Chamber, Room A180, UVic Centre.
Regalia Returns
Please return regalia to the Uvic Centre.
Tuesday, June 15th until 5:30 pm.
Wednesday, June 16th until 5:30 pm.
Thursday, June 17th until 5:30 pm.
Friday, June 18th until 5:00 pm.
After June 18th, regalia must be returned to the Bookstore Information Desk during regular Bookstore hours.
During convocation we have limited regalia and approximately 2800 graduates to serve in multiple ceremonies. Please return your cap, gown and hood immediately after your ceremony, to ensure that everyone is provided with regalia. Late charges will be applied at $1 a day per item.
